1. Insert windows 7 DVD
2.Select startup and repair
3.Go to command prompt and then
Type bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /rebuildbcd
exit
4.Restart your PC

How to see the desk top icon transperent
Go to the controllpannel > systems > advanced > performance area > "settings"botton visual effect tab > Use drop the shadow for icon labels on the desktop.
